Works under this project include but not limited to develop or refine proposed Phasing Plan to ensure continued overall hospital operations, investigative surveys demolition, electrical, and all other necessary construction services in accordance with Statement of Work, Drawings and Contract Documents. Contractor's Phasing Plan shall be approved by the Contracting Officer. This is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside procurement.
