Reference Number: 0000314918 The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional restauranter services at the Aspen Golf Club which is owned by the City of Aspen. The Aspen Golf Club was established in 1961 and has seen lots of change over the years. It's the goal of the City of Aspen to ensure that the Aspen Golf Club, and its contributing operations, remain a local jewel for our community. The Aspen Golf Club is the ONLY public golf course in the upper Roaring Fork Valley and is seen as one of the original local operations remaining in Aspen. The mission statement for the Aspen Golf Club is "Affordability and Accessibility for our Residents". The moto holds true not just for the City of Aspen, but also with the expectations of the city's partners. It is also important to the City of Aspen that all their partners and facilities operate with an environmental stewardship mentality.
