Description | Total Project Cost $1,000,000 Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Robert Thompson at rob.thompson@wright.edu with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Questions will be answered and posted to the Opportunities page on the OFCC website at https://ofcc.ohio.gov on a regular basis until one week before the response deadline. The name of the party submitting a question will not be included on the Q&A document The project is to provide design and construction services to support the relocation and consolidation of Wright State University's new College of Health, Education, and Human Services (CHEH). Included in the project will be design and construction to relocate the College of Liberal Arts. CHEH will be consolidated into Millett Hall, a four-story building with a basement approximately 150,000 sf. The primary work will include, but not limited to finish updates including carpet paint and minor electrical work on floors 1-4. The building is currently occupied by COLA departments. COLA will be relocated into Allyn Hall, a four-story building with a basement approximately 125,000 sf. The primary work will include, but not limited to, light renovation and construction of office space and finish updates on floors 1-4. The building is currently occupied by CHEH departments. All aspects of the project and related issues will be implemented and operated consistent with the Contracting Authority and/or Owner's policies and procedures. |
