Snow and Ice Removal Services

Snow and Ice Removal Service Contract for the Borough of Pennsbury Village for the period of October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2025. Work shall include the removal of snow and ice from all public roadways, parking areas and courts within the Borough of Pennsbury Village and will contain performance standards with respect to same. Proposals must be upon the form furnished by the Borough of Pennsbury Village and must be accompanied by a certified check or performance bond in the form attached to the contract documents in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the Borough of Pennsbury Village. The Borough of Pennsbury Village reserves the right to waive any informalities in a proposal and to reject any or all proposals for any reason whatsoever, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the Borough.
