North Stafford High School Auditorium AV and Theatrical Lighting Upgrades

**As of May 23,2023, this project has not been awarded and will not be awarded. No definite date for a rebid.** Improvements to Auditorium Systems at North Stafford High School - Stafford County Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. The site of the proposed work is on Stafford Schools owned property, public streets, easements and/or other right of ways, as shown on the drawings. A Notice to Proceed will be provided no later than April 28, 2023. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion, as defined in the General Conditions, by August 1, 2023 and Final Completion by September 1, 2023. Scope- The project will consist of removing the existing sound system, AV system and theatrical dimming and lighting system. These systems will be replaced with new sound system, AV and control system and Theatrical DMX lighting and control system with fixed and movable light rigging systems.
