Mt. Pleasant Cutoff (CR 3502) Reconstruction Project

Harrison County will accept Proposals for the following: BID # 2023-03 Mt Pleasant Rd (CR 3502) Reconstruction Project Payment will be made in accordance with Chapter 2251, Texas Government Code. The Harrison County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. All bids shall be marked on the outside of the sealed envelope with the appropriate BID # 2023-03 Mt Pleasant Rd (CR 3502) Reconstruction Project and must be in the hands of the Harrison County Purchasing Agent, 200 W. Houston Street, 1st Floor, Room 107 on or before 9:00 a.m., February 24, 2023 via hand delivery or mail. Scope: It is declared and acknowledged intention and meaning of this contract documents to provide Mt. Pleasant Cutoff (CR 3502) Reconstruction in Harrison County. All work to be performed in a professional manner and all materials furnished in strict conformity with the contractor documents. Work area shall begin at the intersection of Mt. Pleasant Cutoff (CR 3502) and FM 450, and shall continue traveling west along Mt. Pleasant Cutoff for 0.783 miles. Work area shall terminate at the intersection with Mt. Pleasant Road (CR 3505). Timing of the project shall be coordinated with Hallsville Independent School District, Contractor, and Harrison County Road and Bridge Department in an effort to create minimal disruption to the nearby school traffic flow
