Gazebo Approach Stairs: A. Remove and replace estimated 25.3333 SF of cedar wooden lattice, minimum 16 FT long x 19 IN high. Gazebo Lower Lattice: B. Remove and replace estimated 117.33 SF of cedar wooden lattice, minimum 44 FT long x 32 IN wide. Gazebo Roof: C. Remove and replace estimated 1,086.33 SF of architectural (asphalt) roofing shingles, minimum of 6 nails per tab, add #60 felt underlayment. D. Remove and replace 8 each of architectural (asphalt) shingle ridge caps, estimated 20 LF long. E. Remove and replace any power hoods, drip edges, and/or vent caps encountered during the course of the stated scope of work. Gazebo Roof Deck: E. Remove and replace estimated 360 SF of #1 pine with clear finish decking planks, minimum 6 IN long x 1 IN wide. Gazebo Upper Lattice: F. Remove and replace estimated 80 SF of cedar wooden lattice, minimum 40 FT long x 2 FT wide. Perimeter Fence: G. Remove and replace pressure treated 2 IN x 6 IN wooden top rail, estimated 158 LF long. H. Remove and replace 14 each of pressure treated wooden posts, decorative top (groove and angled top), minimum 6 IN long x 6 IN wide x 4 FT high. I. Remove and replace 162 each of pressure treated 2 IN x 2 IN wooden pickets, minimum 3 FT high. Miscellaneous J. Remove all waste and debris upon completion of work. K. Maintain a safe and clean worksite. L. Color/Style selection of material must be approved by the Town prior to purchase.
