Description

This Contract consists of milling, patching, and resurfacing asphalt pavements and line striping at various locations in Howard County. This work may also include bridge approaches, and deep patching. The following roadways are under consideration at the time of advertisement for bid: The work will consist of the following: US 29 from MD 175 to Frederick Road; US 1 from Whiskey Bottom Road to MD 32;US 40 from Marriottsville Road to I-70; MD 175 from Dobbin Road to the end of State maintenance; and MD 103 from MD 100 to MD 104. The locations are tentative and may vary depending on conditions and circumstances. The Administration reserves the right to addor delete from the above list. This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not includeall work expected to be performed in the designated areas. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract. Special attention is directed to GP-5.06, Cooperation Between Contractors.
