Description

Project shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 9,504 LF of 12” and 8” onsite water, 1,201 LF of 12” and 8” offsite water, 9,253 LF of 12” to 8” onsite sanitary sewer, 4,250 LF of 6” offsite force main, and 7,254 LF of 5’x3’ RCB through 18” RCP storm sewer, all per NCTCOG, Construction to serve 330 lots on approximately 50 acres. The project is located West and South of the intersection of Lonesome Dove Ranch and C.R. 2668 in Hunt County, Texas.
