Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment; materials and supplies to remove old irrigation lines/system and replace with new irrigation materials provided by contractor as specified by manufacturer and/or supplier for automated irrigation system that encompasses the cemetery in its entirety (approx. +/- 18acres). The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to issue one solicitation with multiple projects as an invitation for bid (IFB) on or about June 18, 2023, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled. This will be a multiple award solicitation. THIS OPPORTUNITY SHALL BE FOR A 100% SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB) ONLY. Per FAR 36.204, the Magnitude of Construction for the projects are as follows: Corinth Nat l - between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Mountain Home Nat l - between $100,000 and 250,000. The acquisition type for this solicitation will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The IFB will utilize the Electronic Bid Delivery/Opening process.
