Description

As of February 19, 2024, construction of this project has commenced and is nearing completion, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. This project involves the redevelopment of two buildings located at 1401 & 1425 Mt. Vernon Road, Newark. This project will include limited demolition, building structural repairs, skylight replacements, lighting upgrades, HVAC replacement & addition, plumbing repairs & replacement, flooring repair & replacement, drop ceiling replacement, store front glass replacement and painting per the redevelopment plans. 1401 Mt. Vernon Road, Newark. This project consists of renovation of a 8,470 square foot, 1 story pre-engineered metal building structure, and slab on grade. The purpose of the building is for future industrial/office tenant fit-out the building has a 3,158 SF office area. The building is not sprinklered. Interior will be heated with new equipment. 1425 Mt. Vernon Road, Newark. This project consists of renovation of a 16532 square foot, 1 story with mezzanine pre-engineered metal building structure, and slab on grade. The purpose of the building is for future industrial/office tenant fit-out the building has a 5,888 SF office area. The building is not sprinklered.
