Description

Includes coordination with PEPCO to replace their existing pad mounted transformer and reconnection of their incoming secondary feeder. Replacement of the existing incoming electrical service switchboard to increase capacity to the building. Replacement of existing electrical distribution equipment throughout the building which will include branch circuit panelboards, dry type transformers and their associated feeders. Existing branch circuits will be intercepted and extended to the replacement branch circuit panelboards. Replacement of existing diesel fueled standby generator and associated automatic transfer switch, dry type transformer and branch circuit panelboards. Addition of new electrical closet at the second and third floors.
