93 LF of soldier pile retaining wall along the northern stream bank. Approximately 142 LF of rock stabilization along the southern stream bank. Extension of approximately 30 LF of 30-inch and 42-inch diameter storm sewer, construction of a new storm sewer manhole, and headwall. Replacement of approximately 355 LF of 12-inch diameter water main.
