Bid will be awarded to the bidder submitting the lowest lump sum bid price that meets the required specifications. The Governing Board of Directors of the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid, and to award to any party considered to be in the best interest of the Authority. In the event of a tie preference will be given to minority/woman owned businesses, businesses with a drug free workplace program, businesses who produce their product in Florida, and lastly the bid that was received first. Please note substantial completion shall be 60 days after NTP, and final completion will be 30 days from substantial completion. |
