Terminal A and C Skylink Restroom Improvements

Terminal A, Gate 29 – approximately 4,000 gsf when complete and includes reconfiguration of the men’s and women’s restrooms. Also requires expansion into the adjacent American Airlines Concierge Key office, of which the office functions and contents will be relocated under a separate contract, but remaining demolition will be associated with this contract. Terminal C, Gate 28 – approximately 6,000 gsf when complete and includes reconfiguration of the men’s and women’s restrooms. Also requires expansion into an adjacent 2-story volume of space currently associated with the American Airlines Gym. The project includes the renovation and conversion of the vacated existing gymnasium beneath Gate C-28 restroom, into a new food service storage area. Within this scope of services, the 2-story space will be modified with a structural concrete slab infill at the concourse elevation to provide the additional floor area required for the restroom expansion.
