Description

The project is the construction of approximately 66,000 sf of new additions and 300,000 sf of renovations to the 15,000 seat BJCC Legacy Arena. The interior renovations will include structural and non-structural work. The interior renovation work will include minor, medium and major (complete replacement) renovations. The exterior renovation work will include modifications and alterations to the building envelope, as well as sitework, landscaping and hardscaping.
