Edgcumbe Road Reconstruction Engineering Services

Various consulting firms to perform construction engineering services in 2022 for the Edgcumbe Road project. This project will fully reconstruct the corridor from St. Paul Avenue to Fairview Avenue. Construction work includes utility work, grading, curb and gutter work, installation of stormwater management treatments, paving, signage/striping, lighting, signal work, landscaping, and sidewalk work. Project design was done in-house by St. Paul Public Works staff. The engineer of record is Barb Mundahl, the City of St. Paul project manager for this project. Barb will be the contract manager for this work. This contract will require construction engineering services which include, but are not limited to construction inspection, preparing and submitting paperwork for payment and change-orders, resolving field issues, and coordinating work with city staff and a contractor
