Harrisburg Transportation Center Observation Room and Roof Renovations

As of November 29 2022 this project has an awarded bidder. This project is located at the Harrisburg Transportation Center (HTC) located at 4th & Chestnut Streets Harrisburg, PA 17101. This project includes interior and exterior renovations to the existing historical facility, including multiple roof replacements, masonry restoration, and tenant improvements. The roofing work will consist of the removal and replacement of various roofing systems and appurtenances. Masonry work consists of interior and exterior cleaning, repair and restoration work. Tenant improvements include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing improvements.
