Heating/Air Conditioning Units. Supply, deliver, and install replacement of twenty-four (24) heating/ac units where pre-existing units have been removed from hospital rooms. The work to be performed shall be started no later than twenty (20) days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed. The project shall be substantially completed within one hundred twenty (120) days. The Bucktail Medical Center reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding and to accept or reject any or all bids. The successful bidder must enter a contract and must furnish evidence of required insurance coverage and other documents at the time and in the manner specifically set forth by the Owner. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the submission. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Bucktail Medical Center, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid.
