Two Single Family Homes

The anticipated project scope of work will include but not be limited to design and construction of two single-family dwellings with the Milkweed Springs home having three-bedrooms, two bathrooms in no more of 1,200 square feet of living space and the home on Buck and Doe Road having two-bedrooms, two bathrooms in no more of 1,000 square feet of living space. Total living space must comply with applicable American Disabilities Act requirements. The homes shall have a kitchen, pantry, dining space, living room, laundry room, other spaces incidental to single-family residential occupancy and a roof mounted, grid-connected, solar photovoltaic array. This budget encompasses all aspects of the project from conceptual design thru to construction completion
