Description

Salt Lake County is soliciting proposals from qualified general contractors to provide construction services to Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation for Pioneering Crossing Park – Phase I. This solicitation is the first stage of a Two-Stage Bidding process. Stage I will involve the short-listing of general contractors based on the selection criteria outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Up to five general contractors who are selected to advance pursuant to this shall be allowed to submit bids for Stage II of the selection process. The Stage II award will subsequently be made to the lowest responsible and responsive.
