Description

The City of Alliance Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) has an accumulation of biosolids in an unused aeration tank. It is approximately 20% solids by weight. It is considered a "cake" and is able to be loaded using a frontend loader and hauled in a dump type truck. The City anticipates approximately 1600 wet tons of sludge will need hauled and disposed of in a landfill. This is not a guaranteed amount.
