Description

Stable, safe, and maintainable condition means that the Contractor shall establish necessary erosion and environmental controls; ensure that the full width of the roadway is fully paved with no milled sections; install all safety features including guardrail, traffic signs, and pavement markings as designed or restored to the existing condition to meet the existing geometry; and undertake any additional measures as needed based on site conditions.
