Washington County Courthouse Restroom Renovations

The Project consists of the interior renovation of the Public and Jury Restrooms as shown on the Bid Documents. The work involves demolition of existing walls, floor infill, new fixtures, finishes, ceilings, lighting, etc. The complete scope is outlined in the bid documents. B. The scope will include provision of new Fire Alarm Fixtures with horns, strobes, exit signs, smoke detectors, etc. tied into the existing Fire Alarm System. (submit shop drawings showing all elements, fixtures, and layout); new doors, wall changes; new flooring throughout, painting of all interior elements including walls, doors, trim, door frames, base boards, etc. Contractor to provide all required Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical work to provide a complete, operable end-product as graphically shown in the bid documents. Refer to the drawings for the complete scope of work. The building will be occupied during the renovation work.
