Plans call for the construction of a new a 1-story approximately 4,300 GSF Carwash, with sitework including approximately 1.7 Acres, which is located at 3373 S.E Federal Highway, Stuart, FL 34997. The project scope consists of ground-up building and surrounding parking lot. It is important to note that the Carwash Specialty equipment will be excluded from the GC's scope, and the GC will have to coordinate with the Owner's vendor during construction. GC will also need to add an allowance for Security to secure the carwash equipment upon delivery. Please ensure to read and confirm acknowledgment of the Matrix of Responsibility within the Specialty shop drawings produced by Sonny. The proposed construction will also include demolition of the existing structure.
