Description | For 2021 Capital Improvement Project - Mechanical Contract H.t. Wiley Intermediate School (Sed #22-20-00-01-0-021-014) Case Middle School (Sed #22-20-00-01-0-023-007) Watertown High School (Sed #22-20-00-01-0-015-015) Any Sets Required in Excess of the Above-mentioned Maximums Are to Be Obtained Directly by Interested Parties at the Full Cost of Printing, at Their Cost, Directly From Plan and Print Systems Addenda Addenda for This Project Will Be Emailed to Each Plan Holder of Record, Except as Noted. Emails Will Be From "Bidcaster Notification." Large Addenda and Addenda Containing Full Sized Drawings Will Be Issued in Hard Copy Format Only and Sent via Ups. It is the Responsibility of Each Prospective Bidder to Submit an Accurate Email Address When Requesting Bidding/contract Documents and to Download Each Addendum. The "Bidcaster Notification" Will Be Sent to the E-mail Address on Record. Right to Waive or Reject The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality in or to Reject Any or All Bids. Bid Security Each Bidder Must Deposit With Its Bid, Security in an Amount and Form Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids Withdrawal of Bids Will Be Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Completion Time The Work of This Project Shall Be Completed by the Dates Set Forth in Section 011100 Entitled "Summary of Work." Requests for Information Requests for Interpretation, Information or Clarification (Rfi) of the Contract Documents Must Be Made in Writing. Responses to Rfis Will Not Be Made Over the Telephone. Responses to Rfis Will Be Advisory Only and Will Not Modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents Stand as Published Except as Modified by Written Addenda Before Bid and Modifications After Execution of the Agreement.
