Surface Drainage Improvement Project

Site work for a water / sewer project in Russellville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project. The Contract involves the installation of under 500 LF of storm sewer pipe and structures to improve surface drainage from the rear portion of the Bethel Shopping Center parking lot, all within the city limits of Russellville, Kentucky (Logan County). No Bid will be considered unless accompanied by a cashier's, certified or bank check or a Bid Bond equal to at least five percent of the maximum Bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted. Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds within fifteen days after the tentative Notice of Award. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest, responsive, responsible Bid. The City of Russellville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the time set for opening Bids. Note that the OWNER reserves the right to award only a portion of the work, at the stated unit prices, due to limited funds available for the project.
