Description

The work shall consist of the rehabilitation and repainting of a 150,000-gallon elevated water tank. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents Minority and woman's business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material and/or supply needs. Central Rankin Water Association, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any and all informalities and reserves the right to hold all Bids for examination for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days and to award the Contract to the lowest and best Bid complying with the Plans and Specifications within said time.
