7th Avenue Creek Construction Phase 1

Removal and replacement of storm sewer box culverts, installation of approximately 2000 foot of new sanitary sewer main, regrading and re-meandering the creek from S. 10th Avenue to South Avenue, as well as other appurtenant work. Improvements are located within the City of St. Charles, Kane County, Illinois. The work is in the 7th Avenue Creek Corridor, east of 7th Avenue, starting from the southern right-of-way line for Washington Avenue and terminating at 10th Avenue for an approximate length of 2,150 feet for channel improvements. The existing culverts for South Avenue, Indiana Avenue and Illinois Avenue will be removed and replaced with precast box culverts. The existing culvert on South Avenue is approximately 65 feet east of 7th Avenue centerline. The existing culvert on Indiana Avenue is approximately 95 feet east of 7th Avenue centerline. The existing culvert on Illinois Avenue is approximately 350 feet east of 7th Avenue centerline.
