The scope of work under Base Bid I shall include all necessary selective demolition to facilitate and remove all designated and estimated quantities of regulated asbestos containing materials prior to demolition activities by others. Disposal of general demolition millwork. plaster, and/or drywall debris (non-ACM) will be by other trades following Spring 2022 asbestos abatement response action activities. Removal of approximately 1.370 square feet of ACBM floor tile/black mastic and associated carpet and baseboards from Classroom 101, intervention 101A. and Cubbies 101B.All demolition of cabinetry/millwork and removal of presumed present ACBM floor tile/mastic from all Selective wall/ceiling demolition to facilitate removal of assumed present hard fitting insulation, approximately 20 each, concealed above plaster ceilings at toilets and/or in plumbing walls. Disposal of general demolition millwork. plaster, and/or drywall debris (non-ACM) will be by other trades during summer of 2022. Removal of approximately 1.370 square feet of ACBM floor tile black mastic and associated carpet and baseboards from Classroom 101, Intervention 101A. and Cubbies 10IB and 102B. All demolition of cabinetry/millwork and removal of presumed present ACBM floor tile/mastic from all rooms, approximately 320 square feet. Selective wall/ceiling demolition to facilitate removal of assumed present hard fitting insulation, approximately 20 each, concealed above plaster ceilings at toilets and/or in plumbing chase walls.
