Description | Garry M. Lagadinos 101 NE Clinton Street Burleson, TX 76028 All contractors MUST be approved through Tarrant County Community Development before they may submit a legitimate bid. Contact Christopher Wells at 817-850-7962 or cewells@TarrantCounty.com. CONTRACTS MUST BE SIGNED WITHIN (10) DAYS OF AWARD DATE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL NECESSITATE AWARDING CONTRACT TO NEXT LOWEST BIDDER. Install new three-wire, grounded 200-amp service with main breakers. Label all breakers. Service must comply with utility company requirements. (Homeowner is responsible for disconnect and reconnect fees) Install four (5) new wirelessly connected smoke detectors, UL-approved or equal. Note: One in hallway and one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen [Bedrooms: 3, Kitchen 1 and Hallway 1]. Replace existing exterior electrical outlet over garage door with GFCI protected outlet and weather proof cover. Install flood light where missing on front right corner. Replace three electrical outlets with GFCI protected outlets and weatherproof covers on west exterior wall. Install weather proof cover to existing PVC electrical box on west exterior wall. Replace four electrical outlets in kitchen with GFCI protected outlets and cover plates Replace existing electrical outlet in hallway bathroom with GFCI protected outlet and cover plate. Replace existing electrical outlet to washing machine in utility room. Checks will be issued in thirty (30) days at a minimum after final inspection, and all checks will be mailed to the contractor or the Rehabilitation Clerk will contact the contractor to come pick up his/her check if it is mailed to our office first. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual bid date. Tarrant County reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. |
