| Description | The project consists of partial reroofing of existing SBS Modified Bitumen Roof System of the existing Bowman Field Readiness Center Annex located at 3600 Century Division Way, Louisville, KY 40205 for the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs (Account No. 095-CA0Q-LV17-01). Roofing Contractor is required to coordinate work with Owner's Building Contractor who will be completing work that includes restoration of existing masonry, replacement of exterior windows with new windows meeting Unified Facilities Criteria for Anti-Terrorism Force Protection measures along with reinforcement and strengthening of window openings, and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
