| Description | The Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation ("RIOC") is seeking professional landscape services for Roosevelt Island, beginning on approximately on March 15th through December 1st. Pursuant to RIOC's selection and engagement of a qualified landscaping services firm, the successful contractor (the "Contractor") is expected to provide all personnel, materials, and equipment, and perform all scope of work items, as indicated hereafter.
