Description | This is a 262 Unit Housing Complex with 6 units designed as a Live/Work located on the west side of the complex. The remaining units will be built over a 1 story Parking garage with 156 Total Stalls. An approximately 9,400 sf Apartment Leasing and Amenities building including Spa, Sauna & Fitness Room, Game Activity room, Entry Lobby, Dining Lounge, Meeting rooms, Activity Lobby Public Restrooms Bike Lockers, and Parcel/Mail room. together with associated site improvements, underground utilities, and landscaping. These are 65% design development drawings so any input on VE options or alternatives please list on your proposal as a separate line item. Subcontractors will carefully and thoroughly review the drawings and specifications, satisfying themselves as to the nature and location of the work and the character, quality, quantities of materials and difficulties that may be encountered, the kind and extent of equipment and other facilities needed for the performance of the work and any other items which may affect the work or its performance. *Addendum Description: To all Bidders - We have received Addendum #1 from the Architect with the following documents. - Addendum #1 Narrative - Amenity Area Quantities - Pool Spa Schematics - Updated Mechanical Drawings - Detailed Unit Matrix - Appliance Specs - Lighting Specs - (many files - see Addendum folder in bid docs) - Mailbox Specs - Plumbing Specs - Cultured Marble Surround Specs Please review all drawings/files to confirm whether your scope of work is affected. Construction is expected to begin first quarter 2023. *We have received Addendum #2 and Addendum #3 from Woodbury Corp. With the issue of these addendums the Bid Date has moved to Nov 3rd at 10am. The RFI Deadline has moved to Oct 27th 3pm Addendum #2 includes a Narrative, Plan Sheets, and a Facade & Window Count spreedsheet. Addendum #3 has a Narrative.
