Description

This is a 262 Unit Housing Complex with 6 units designed as a Live/Work located on the west side of the complex. The remaining units will be built over a 1 story Parking garage with 156 Total Stalls. An approximately 9,400 sf Apartment Leasing and Amenities building including Spa, Sauna & Fitness Room, Game Activity room, Entry Lobby, Dining Lounge, Meeting rooms, Activity Lobby Public Restrooms Bike Lockers, and Parcel/Mail room. together with associated site improvements, underground utilities, and landscaping. These are 65% design development drawings so any input on VE options or alternatives please list on your proposal as a separate line item.
