An approximately 9,400 sf Apartment Leasing and Amenities building including Spa, Sauna & Fitness Room, Game Activity room, Entry Lobby, Dining Lounge, Meeting rooms, Activity Lobby Public Restrooms Bike Lockers, and Parcel/Mail room. together with associated site improvements, underground utilities, and landscaping. These are 65% design development drawings so any input on VE options or alternatives please list on your proposal as a separate line item.
