Description

The NCCOS Charleston Lab requires basic grounds keeping from a qualified grounds keeping service to maintain the grounds around the federal government facility (see shaded area on attached graphic). The requirement is for routine mowing, weed eating, blowing off debris and weed removal. Weed removal in the graveled area around the lab will be accomplished utilizing herbicide due to the proximity of glass windows. All grounds keeping functions for the Charleston Lab will take place bi-weekly in conjunction with the Hollings Marine Lab landscaping activities. The Federal Government will be vacating this facility by 03/31/2021 therefore this service will only be required for a six-month period.
