Fire Alarm Monitoring Annual Service - Base Plus 4 Option Years

Provide annual service agreement to maintain Johnson’s Control (formally Simplex-Grinnell) Fire Alarm System. The 4100, 4010, 4020 and TruSight series Fire Alarm Systems are microprocessor-based systems, which operate on a life safety software program, which is proprietary to SimplexGrinnell. This program is specially designed to meet the operational requirements. There is no commercially available education manuals available from which a non-SimplexGrinnell factory trained technician can qualify to field edit programs, change labels or functionality, or operate the system as required to service or even fully test the system properly. The software is retained in “read only” memory to allow password-protected field editing by factory trained, authorized personnel. Also, all system circuit boards are manufactured by SimplexGrinnell and are not commercially available from any electric supply house. JCI/SimplexGrinnell understands the existing equipment and its design and layout.
