2023 Kitchen Renovation Project

The work for which bids are being requested consists of the following: Selective Demolition Asbestos testing and report Asbestos tile removal Rough and Finish Carpentry Doors and Hardware Furnish and install new finishes: Flooring, Painted, Stainless steel and FRP wall covering Roof repair. Furnish and install S.S. Cabinets, Wood-Laminated Plastic Cabinets and Equipment. Furnish and install appliances and remove and reinstall existing appliances and equipment. Mechanical- Dishwasher Hood System, Grease Hood System with Make Up Air System Plumbing- removal of sink. Electrical power and exit and emergency lighting The OWNER will not be responsible for partial sets of documents obtained from any other source. The Advertisement for Bids, all Addenda, and the Bid Tabulation will be posted to the Wightman & Associates, Inc The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The use of local contractors and labor is encouraged. Bid security in the form of a certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable without condition to the OWNER or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days. Bidder questions will be accepted through , March 1, 2023.
