RFQ Contractor - 2024-2026 Tank Recoating

Tank Recoating Only pre-qualified firms will be eligible to bid on the projects. California Classification A and C61 D38 contractors licenses are required along with an Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP) QP-1 Field Coating Application accreditation. Additionally, Contractor must possess, at a minimum, one of the following AMPP certifications: QP 2 - Field Coating Removal, QP 3 - Shop Coating Application or QS 1 - Advanced Quality Management. The anticipated work generally consists of tank recoating projects bid between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2026. The projects are located throughout the Districts service area in El Dorado County, California. PUBLIC WORKS LAWS. All of these projects are public works projects which are subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). To be qualified to bid these projects, a contractor must be registered with the DIR during this RFQ process and when bidding each individual project. In addition, pursuant to prevailing wage laws, copies of the prevailing wage rates are on file at the Districts principal office and are available on request. Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
