1. Main Street to Erie Street, which is north to south 2. Curb to Curb, which is east to west Storm Sewers and Catch Basins: 3. Correct the issue of collection of storm water on street between Main and Fair Street 4. Add and/or change some Storm Sewers (Catch Basins) to deal with storm water issue Remove Existing Blacktop Surface and Repaving Street Surface: 5. Mill and remove all keyway joints 6. Powerbroom and clean roadway 7. Apply Tackcoat Emulsion to pavement as an adhesive 8. Pave a leveling layer of IDE 19MM Binder Asphalt and compacted to 2 1/2 9. Pave IDE 9.5MM Top Asphalt compacted to 1 1/2 10.Seal all Abutting Edges with hot tar 11.Curbing around Catch Basins Clean-up and Haul Away All Debris
