| Description | Demo and reconstruction of several soffit areas on the Campbell and Combs buildings. Includes all labor, material, equipment, and waste disposal necessary to perform demolition and reconstruction of the exterior soffits in specified areas on listed buildings. The area specified regarding the Campbell building will be the area directly above the loading docks and covers approximately 800 to 1000 SF excluding the lower entry ceiling. The area included regarding the Combs building is approximate 800 SF section near the building's northeast corner. |
