Custodial/Janitorial Services

The scope of work covered under this contract includes labor and supervision to provide cleaning and/or custodial related services with varying schedules in or at designated City facilities and the Naperville train station, and/or other sites as needed as described further in this document. Each contractor will be instructed as to the level of service expected, the duties required, and any associated form(s) to be submitted as documentation of the work. The contractor will also be issued the necessary supplies and equipment to perform the work (excluding any clothing items). Sites, scope of duties, and hours may, at the City’s discretion may be added, deleted, or adjusted as required by the City. City buildings includes approximately 279,000 square feet of facility space and over 27,000 estimated annual hours of custodial service needed.
