The selected firm shall conduct analysis assignments for the Office of Traffic Safety which will include, but are not limited to, conducting feasibility analyses and Road Safety Assessments (RSA's). RSA's will follow the INDOT process; work elements may include: crash data evaluation, conduct limited traffic counts as directed by OTS, collision diagrams and mapping, obtaining District provided location information including traffic count data, traffic signal timings and other related information, field investigation
