Hazardous Materials and Abatement Services

Award of a master contract for the performance of smaller miscellaneous public work jobs consisting of the abatement of hazardous materials on a task order, time and materials, basis for various Spokane County departments. The work may cover, but not be limited to, all phases of hazardous materials demolition, abatement and disposal, and hazardous material surveying services and other related miscellaneous items. THE BOARD hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. THE BOARD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, portion or parts thereof, and to waive all minor irregularities in bidding. SUBMITTALS should follow the format outlined in the Invitation to Bid document on PORTAL QUESTIONS regarding the bid process shall be submitted via www.publicpurchase.com. Spokane County Purchasing will respond to questions via PORTAL thus providing all questions and answers to all prospective bidders.
