Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC) System Maintenance

The San Bernardino International Airport Authority (SBIAA) and the Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA) collectively referred to as AGENCIES, are seeking proposals from qualified contractors (Contractor) for: HVAC System Maintenance Please read this entire RFP package and include all requested information and forms in your proposal. To be considered as a responsive bidder, proposals shall be signed by an authorized agent of the company. Any unsigned proposals will be considered as unresponsive. This Service can be bid separately and awarded separately, i.e., potential bidders may elect to bid on IVDA only, or both IVDA and SBIAA, or SBIAA only, or both SBIAA and IVDA. Responses from AGENCIES Due :May 24, 2023 RFP Evaluation: June 1, 2023 Contract Award: June 28, 2023 The selected Contractor Shall be prepared to deliver services by July 1, 2023 Proposals may be delivered in person, by US Mail, by electronic submission such as email (to: scarvalho@sbdairport.com), or via Fax to AGENCIES Finance Department, at the address above. It is Contractors responsibility to ensure that the AGENCIES receive Proposals by the deadline. Identification of Proposals: The contractor shall submit a proposal package consisting of the following: a. Two (2) signed original proposals and price forms if mailed in, and one signed original proposal if submitted via email. b.
