Replacement of Boilers and Domestic Hot Water Heaters for the Scranton Housing Authority. The replacement of this equipment all accessories to make a complete and functioning installation. The Mechanical Contractor will be the prime contractor and be responsible for obtaining and managing all subcontracts for electrical, plumbing and general construction work throughout the project. All contractors shall be licensed and permitted to work in the City of Scranton. Description of Work: The work of this project Includes, but is not limited to replacement of the existing Boilers and Domestic Hot Water Heaters at 408 Adams Ave. Apartments, replacement of Domestic Hot Water Heaters at 420 Adams Avenue Apartments, and replacement of Domestic Hot Water Heaters at Washington West Apartments, Scranton, PA. Phasing of the Work: Washington West water heater replacement will be Phase 1, 420 Adams St. Apartments will be Phase II and 408 Adams will be phase III.
