The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance and payment bond for One Hundred Percent (100%) of all labor and materials in the project. A bid bond is required (5%). Singing River Health System reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality where permitted by law. No bids will be accepted unless quoted on the prescribed Bid Proposal Form and unless signed by the bidder's authorized representative. It is requested that bidders indicate on the envelope(s) and/or express package(s) which phase(s) are being bid therein Complete the Work in 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Please make note that Liquidated Damages in the amount of $750 per day will be applied.
