The project consists of 3 increments as shown below. Increment 1: Demolition of 16 existing portable building. Demolition of existing administration building Demolition of existing underground utilities and other civil work. Sitework grading and Sitework utilities, Building Pad Preparation and Pavement. Increment 2: Modernization of existing classroom buildings (D, E, G & H) Interior finishes and restrooms. Modernization of Existing restroom building F. Modernization of Existing MPR Building C interior finishes and kitchen renovation. Increment 3: Construction of new classroom buildings (J, K, & L) and New Administration and Library (Building A.) In addition to the above all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trade partners must be prequalified with Washington Unified School District DVBE: XL Construction is seeking DVBE Participation, please reach out to the contact below for details Prequalification Requirement All Trade Partners that intend to submit proposals on this project are required to be pre-qualified with XL Construction. In addition to the above all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trade partners must be prequalified with Washington Unified School District.
