County Wide Mobility Plan

Brazoria County is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience and qualifications to perform a county-wide mobility study and develop a county-wide mobility plan with short-term and long-term projects and goals. The respondent shall select a team of professionals capable of providing the required services in an efficient manner in the best interest of Brazoria County and to provide successful, on-time, and on-budget project delivery. Information on all proposed sub-consultants and/or subcontractors should be included in the SOQ. Brazoria County intends to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with a prime firm to provide services for the following: - Project Management and Coordination - Evaluation of Existing Conditions - Public Participation and Stakeholder Engagement - Goal, Objectives, and Mobility Measures - Evaluation of Future Traffic Conditions - Assembly and Review of Data - Plan Alternatives - Final Report and Plan
