Description

To provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, traffic control, supplies, and all incidentals to prepare and mulch plant beds and individual trees at location listed below in Northern Virginia District. Route 7 between Rolling Holly Avenue and Reston Avenue in Fairfax County. These plant beds are located adjacent to the asphalt pedestrian/bicycle paths on both sides, east and westbound, of Route 7. Median plant beds on Route 29 between I-495 and Merrilee Drive. Median plant beds on Gallows Road between Gatehouse Road and Providence Forest Drive. Plant beds along the frontage of VDOT’s Merrifield Area Headquarters and the Porter Road entrance.
