GES HVAC Equipment & BAS Replacement

Project Description This Invitation to Bid is for the purchase and installation of HVAC Equipment & BAS Replacement for the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System (herein after also referred to as "CMCSS" or "District"). This federally funded project must be completed before June 30, 2024. II. Sequence of Work: All product offered and delivered to the District as a result of thisITB shall meet the specificationslisted below. The District shall, in its sole opinion, determine if a product does not meet specifications and any product offered that does not, in the sole opinion of the District, meet the specifications will be declared as nonresponsive to this ITB and shall not be considered for award. Contractor shall be responsible for all equipment, labor, start up of equipment and warranty. See attached drawings and specifications. III. Work Time The awarded vendor may work on the project Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Work outside of this time frame must be approved by the Project Manager. IV. Location: Glenellen Elementary School, 825 Needmore Road, Clarksville, TN 37040.
